Other phones
How the Other Phones section works wherever it appears in Barbican.
Other phones is a shared section for recording additional phone numbers beyond a resource’s primary phone — for example a direct line, a fax, or a mobile. Like social media, it appears on several resources and behaves the same everywhere.
Adding, editing, and removing
Section titled “Adding, editing, and removing”- Click Add other phone to create a new entry, then set the phone type and number.
- Edit entries in place, like any other field.
- Remove an entry with its delete control.
Each entry keeps its own activity history.
